What areas do you serve?
We serve Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, The Heights, and surrounding Houston communities. Our delivery zones reach up to 25 one-way driving miles.
Where is your store and when are you open?
We're at 1337 W. 43rd St. Suite C, Houston, TX 77018. We're closed Monday, open 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday.
What types of water do you offer?
We offer Pure Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtered through a 12-stage system, plus Natural, Classic, and Premium alkaline water. Our alkaline options range from about 7.5 to 10.5 pH.
How much does water delivery cost?
Delivered 3-gallon or 5-gallon water is $8.99 each for Pure RO, $9.99 for Natural, $10.99 for Classic, and $11.99 for Premium. Delivery charges run from $8.99 for Zone 1 (0–5 miles) up to $29.99 for Zone 5 (over 20–25 miles).
How often can I get deliveries?
You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery for your home or business.
Do you have a delivery promotion?
Yes. New delivery customers who sign up by December 31, 2026 get their first delivery fee and setup fee waived. Water purchases and taxes are additional, and regular delivery fees apply after the first delivery.
What sizes of containers can I refill at your station?
You can bring your own 1-, 2-, 3-, or 5-gallon containers to fill at our refill station.
How much do refills cost?
Regular refill prices are $1.60 per gallon for Natural, $1.70 for Classic, $2.60 for Premium, and $2.75 for specialty water. With our Wellness Discount, Natural, Classic, and Premium are 50% off.
How does the Wellness Discount work?
It's $8.99 per month on auto pay and gives 50% off Natural, Classic, and Premium refills plus discounts on other store items. We also offer a water-only refill discount at $25.00 for 5 months or $50.00 for 1 year.
Do you sell filtration systems?
Yes, we offer shower, under-counter, and whole-house filtration systems. Some premium whole-house systems require a quote, and we offer a site survey for installation for $85.00.
What else do you sell in the store?
We carry specialty waters, alkaline ice, containers, dispensers, and wellness products such as supplements, teas, sea moss, electrolytes, and powders. Our inventory changes often.
Do your prices include sales tax?
No. An 8.25% sales tax applies to select taxable items, and final charges are confirmed before payment is processed.
